Terms of Service for Anomate’s Pilot Marketing Campaign

Introduction

Welcome to Anomate! By participating in our Pilot Marketing Campaign (“Pilot Programme”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before accepting the offer. These Terms govern your participation in the Pilot Programme and use of the Anomate platform during the pilot phase.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the Pilot Programme, participants must:

1. Own and operate an e-commerce business using the WooCommerce platform.
2. Be legally registered as a business in the United Kingdom or the United States.
3. Have a minimum annual turnover of £100k.
4. Agree to provide valid credit card information for billing purposes after the free trial period, if continuing with the service.
5. Understand that Anomate reserves the right to refuse participation in the Pilot Programme to any applicant at any time, without providing a reason.

Pilot Programme Offer

Participants in the Pilot Programme will receive:

1. One month free access to Anomate’s premium package.
2. A lifetime price lock discount after the free month, offered as:
   • 70% discount for the first 100 participants.
   • 50% discount for the next 300 participants.
   • 30% discount for the subsequent 500 participants.

Credit Card Authorisation

Participants must provide a valid credit card when signing up for the Pilot Programme. No charges will be made during the free month. Charges will only be applied after the trial period ends, and only if the participant chooses to continue with the service. Participants can cancel anytime during the trial period without incurring charges.

Feedback and Data

Participants agree to provide weekly feedback through the provided forms. This feedback is crucial for improving Anomate’s services. Anomate reserves the right to use anonymised data collected during the Pilot Programme for service improvement and promotional purposes.

Cancellation and Modifications

Participants can downgrade or cancel their subscriptions at any time. Downgrading or cancelling after opting into a lifetime price lock will result in forfeiture of the discount. Participants must maintain their subscription to retain the discount benefits.

Termination of Pilot Programme

Anomate reserves the right to terminate the Pilot Programme at any time. Notice of termination will be provided via email. Upon termination, all access to premium services will revert to the standard plan unless the participant has already upgraded.

No Warranties

The Pilot Programme and all associated services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Anomate does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

Anomate will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use of the Pilot Programme.

Changes to Terms

Anomate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, which will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
